Description

  • Perform project setup and review tasks in the enterprise PSA tool to ensure projects are configured accurately and timely against contracts for revenue recognition, billing, and resourcing.
  • Execute project close-out tasks in the enterprise PSA tool to verify projects are fully and accurately closed prior to financial handoff to Accounting.
  • Coordinate resource assignments in the PSA tool by working with Delivery and PMO Resource Management to ensure projects are fully staffed.
  • Interact regularly with project managers and delivery resource managers to coordinate project information, communications, and scheduling.
  • Generate and format regular reports that summarize project health and support project management decisions.
  • Participate in meetings to identify project scheduling gaps and other administrative updates and follow through on action items.
  • Coordinate project administration and process compliance with Finance/Accounting and other departments.
  • Verify department compliance with project processes and required system updates and assist with compliance reporting and communication.
  • Perform PSA system administration duties as assigned, including user setup, user security, and system setup and maintenance.
  • Maintain and update documentation of PSA and PMO processes and serve as a PMO stakeholder representative in systems-related meetings.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.
  • College degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.
  • Quick learner of department processes and systems including enterprise PSA, client collaboration tools, PMO resource center, and CRM systems.
  • Ability to exercise judgment within assigned procedures and take appropriate action.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, thoroughness, and ability to identify information needed to drive decision-making.
  • Self-directed, reliable, adaptable to changing technology, and able to work with moderate supervisory direction.
  • Good time management, organizational, and planning skills.
