Description

  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to develop client proposals, solution options, and roadmaps.
  • Explain technical concepts clearly to client and internal stakeholders to support shared understanding and decision-making.
  • Advise clients at the sponsor level in a trusted, partnership-oriented relationship.
  • Lead technical and non-technical executive-level discussions on complex design implications and solution choices.
  • Guide requirements elicitation, design, and scoping for large-scale technical engagements.
  • Break down large requirements and user stories into tasks and estimate the effort required to complete them.
  • Provide project leadership across a range of project types, including multi-workstream global engagements.
  • Identify problems independently, own solutions proactively, and evaluate proposed approaches from others.
  • Raise risks early with project managers, delivery teams, and internal leadership.
  • Collaborate on mitigation approaches and support sponsor-level client communication around issues and solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Agile delivery and the ability to adapt to client-specific methodologies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients across eight or more areas such as Azure compute, data stores, messaging and events, API design and management, integration and APIs, AI and search, SDLC, DevOps/platform engineering, performance and scalability, identity and access, monitoring and observability, or Windows/Linux.
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting projects for large clients using six or more tools or technologies such as design patterns, .NET Core/C#, Angular, React, Blazor, Flutter, React Native, Entity Framework, Dapper, CI/CD, IaC, Visual Studio, source control, automated testing, Scrum, or Kanban.
  • 3+ Microsoft Azure certifications in application development, DevOps, AI and machine learning, or architecture and development.
  • AZ-204, AZ-400, and AZ-102 certifications are highly recommended.
  • Ability to architect and establish standards for highly complex solutions across multiple technologies, platforms, and integrations.
  • Proven track record of successful large-scale project delivery.
  • Desire to continually learn and adapt to changing technology.
  • Experience in consulting for large clients is required; experience in the listed domains and tools is preferred as applicable.
