Description

  • Engage customers and communities across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Help define and maintain the community and social media strategy.
  • Develop new methods to attract and engage audiences through social media.
  • Create content plans and publish posts across social channels.
  • Track, monitor, and report on social channel KPIs and performance.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize channel strategy and improve results.
  • Plan and organize photo shoots.
  • Oversee photo and video editing and optimize video content.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience developing social media strategy for brands or projects on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn.
  • 1+ years of experience running targeted ads in Meta Suite.
  • A portfolio with 2–3 examples of commercial or marketing design work.
  • Ability to identify target audience needs and engage customers effectively.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, error-free messages.
  • Fluency in Ukrainian.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency.
  • Analytical skills to measure performance across social channels.
  • Basic photo and video editing skills, or a willingness to learn and improve.
  • Ability to set goals, build plans, and manage execution to achieve them.
  • Community management, creative mindset, leadership, and communication skills.
