Description

  • Review prompts and evaluations from Human and Evaluator roles for accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Assess the quality and integrity of questions, requests, and evaluation outputs used in AI training.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve the quality of training data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to refine quality control processes and documentation.
  • Help maintain high standards of data integrity and accuracy for AI agent training.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and apply insights to improve quality control measures.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, or German is essential.
  • Proficiency in English is required for internal communication and training.
  • 1+ years of experience in quality control, content moderation, or a related role.
  • Experience preferably within AI-driven projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies in data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing, and conversational AI systems is a plus.
