Description

  • Verify claims and information submitted by hosts on booking and similar platforms using open online sources and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update verification records and tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Track verification progress and ensure data is accurately recorded in internal systems.
  • Communicate regularly with the project manager to report status updates and escalate issues or suspicious entries.
  • Identify incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious host data and proactively flag them to the team.
  • Work with the project management team to resolve verification problems and follow project guidelines.

Requirements

  • Intermediate-level English proficiency or higher.
  • Must be currently located in Ukraine.
  • Availability for part-time work with a flexible schedule (suitable for students).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable using online research tools, making phone calls, and using spreadsheet software (Google Sheets or Excel).
  • Reliable and responsible with clear communication skills for reporting and escalation.
