Description

  • Set and own the multi-quarter roadmap for document parsing, fraud, and bank aggregation, aligned to revenue and client commitments.
  • Write product specs and one-pagers, and partner with Engineering and Data Science to scope, build, and ship work.
  • Talk with clients weekly and translate feedback from lenders, government agencies, and tenant screeners into roadmap priorities.
  • Own core performance metrics such as parse accuracy, fraud catch rate, bank connection success, and SLA attainment.
  • Lead and mentor PMs and engineers, improving shipping speed, quality, and execution across the team.
  • Represent Truv’s Data Sources platform externally in sales calls, conferences, and partner reviews.
  • Drive document parsing improvements to increase accuracy, reduce manual review, and shorten time-to-report.
  • Expand supported document types and own the end-to-end experience from upload to verified output.
  • Define and ship fraud detection capabilities, including tampering detection, deposit anomaly detection, identity mismatch detection, and synthetic income flags.
  • Lead optimization of bank aggregation, including connection success, refresh cadence, transaction enrichment, coverage, and FI expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time in data, ML/AI, fintech, or verification/identity platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience owning a data-intensive product such as document understanding, OCR, financial data aggregation, or fraud at meaningful scale.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to reason about extraction models, API tradeoffs, and pipeline architecture.
  • Track record of improving SLA and reliability outcomes, not just shipping features.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as mortgage, lending, or government is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with GSE, FCRA, FNMA, and FHLMC is especially preferred.
  • Strong written communication skills for producing one-pagers and specs that align teams.
  • Customer obsession and a habit of spending substantial time with users to shape the roadmap.
  • Experience working on a verification or KYC/KYB product used by lenders.
  • Comfort shipping in a startup environment with high ambiguity and changing priorities.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $180,000 to $220,000 per year.
  • Bonus compensation in addition to base salary.
