Description

  • Support the end-to-end payroll cycle, including validation, inputs, and closing activities.
  • Manage vacation (PTO/UTO) processes, including tracking, calculations, payments, and reporting.
  • Review and validate payroll-related documents, including vacation and termination calculations.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and BPO partners to ensure accurate payroll processing and statutory reporting, including eSocial.
  • Administer and reconcile employee benefits such as health, dental, meal vouchers, and life insurance.
  • Review and validate benefits invoices and partner with Accounting on allocation, submission, and payments.
  • Support global onboarding payroll activities, including pre-boarding, Day 1 tasks, and benefits enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping.
  • Manage reimbursements and ensure they are correctly included in payroll and payment platforms.
  • Monitor compliance with labor legislation, including vacation deadlines and sick leave validations.
  • Respond to employee and manager questions related to payroll, benefits, and time-off.
  • Prepare reports and analyses such as costs, journal entries, benefits controls, monthly variances, and vacation reports.
  • Identify and drive improvements in payroll and benefits processes, controls, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience in payroll and benefits administration in Brazil.
  • Experience working with payroll vendors (BPO) and HR systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to support employees and stakeholders.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Experience in multinational companies is preferred.
  • Exposure to process improvement initiatives or systems implementation is preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced French is preferred, with opportunities to interact with the French payroll team.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and statutory requirements, including eSocial, is preferred.
  • Experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is preferred.
