Description

  • Define and execute a cohesive data product roadmap that transforms complex raw data into high-impact, reusable data products.
  • Lead the enterprise-wide re-platforming to a new tech stack, ensuring the infrastructure supports next-generation AI/ML consumer engagement.
  • Design and deliver robust self-service data capabilities enabling downstream teams (Data Scientists, Engineers) to access accurate, well-governed data without bottlenecks.
  • Establish and operationalize data governance standards including data quality, taxonomy, and metadata management.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to translate business needs into technical requirements that improve margins and user experience.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through iterative delivery and migration support.
  • Drive the overall data strategy to enable rapid AI experimentation and development of financial wellness tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, specifically focused on launching and scaling complex data platforms.
  • Experience in B2B or B2B2C fintech environments is preferred.
  • Deep passion for data infrastructure and strong understanding of upstream/downstream system interactions.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise re-platforming or migration initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data ontologies to stakeholders and align engineers and designers.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, roll-up-your-sleeves environments and turning conflicting inputs into actionable plans.
  • High standards for product excellence, data governance, and data ethics.
  • Location: San Francisco, CA or Remote within the USA; full-time role.
