Description

  • Manage the founder’s inbox and organize incoming emails.

  • Make updates and edits to websites, with training provided if needed.
  • Support design execution based on provided brand guidelines.
  • Use 17hats to manage quotes, invoices, and client workflows.
  • Help improve and organize internal systems and SOP documentation.
  • Set up and maintain tools such as password managers.
  • Look for ways to make processes more efficient.

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing inboxes and staying organized.
  • Experience with Canva.
  • Experience editing websites on any platform.
  • Willingness to learn and use tools like 17hats.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Experience working with web design.
  • Understanding of client workflows and operations.
