  • Develop, create, and schedule social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
  • Design visually appealing posts using Canva to support brand consistency and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team to increase video content and multimedia posts.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create, edit, and optimize text, graphics, and videos for social media channels.
  • Manage the posting schedule and ensure content is delivered on time across platforms.
  • Track social media performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions, and share insights for improvement.
  • Stay current on social media trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategy as needed.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
  • Conduct social media audits to evaluate strategy effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a social media management role at a company.
  • Proven ability to create and manage content across multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong experience using Canva to create posts, graphics, and design elements.
  • Experience with social media management and scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or SocialPilot.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to craft compelling, engaging posts.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and interest in social media trends and audience engagement.
  • Experience using basic analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Meta Insights to track performance.
