Description

  • Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure and network stability.
  • Coordinate with Lanworks on firewall, server, and infrastructure issues.
  • Ensure system security, uptime, and performance across the technology environment.
  • Serve as Domain Controller Administrator and manage core server systems, including file, database, remote desktop, and virtual servers.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and SharePoint, and coordinate licensing with IT Weapons Inc.
  • Oversee MedaPlus and Bos+ system performance and support C# development and legacy Visual FoxPro components.
  • Act as the final escalation point for complex or high-impact technical issues and lead incident response during business hours.
  • Oversee telecom systems and coordinate with vendors such as Konica Minolta to keep office hardware and services operational.
  • Manage secure onboarding and offboarding of users, devices, and access, and maintain access control procedures.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure in an organization of comparable complexity.
  • Strong hands-on experience with network and server administration.
  • Experience with virtualized server environments.
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with firewall configuration and security management.
  • Proven coding and programming experience, including C# (required).
  • Experience supporting legacy systems in live production environments.
  • Strong vendor management and coordination experience.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with clear, precise communication skills.
  • Ability to make independent technical decisions and lead system governance.
