Description

  • Manage daily order fulfillment operations with warehouses, shipping carriers such as UPS and FedEx, and delivery tracking.
  • Handle e-commerce customer service inquiries related to order issues, returns, and carrier claims.
  • Support wholesale and B2B client shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues proactively to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Maintain high data accuracy in order management systems.
  • Assist in implementing new tools or platforms that improve e-commerce operations and customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment and customer service roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Shopify, warehouse management systems, and shipping logistics is a plus.
  • Comfort working in a role that requires handling multiple responsibilities.
  • A team-oriented mindset with interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Availability to work remote full-time during 9AM to 6PM EST hours.
