Description

  • Define and drive the product roadmap for the core data integration platform across eligibility, claims, pharmacy, and other enterprise healthcare datasets.
  • Own the end-to-end ingestion experience, including file intake, schema validation, quality checks, metadata tracking, and lineage visibility.
  • Partner with Data Engineering to improve platform reliability, scalability, data freshness, and reduce pipeline failures and ingestion lag.
  • Build a self-service model that gives analytics, implementation, and client-facing teams visibility into pipeline health and processing status.
  • Define and enforce data quality standards, including validation rules, anomaly detection, and error surfacing before issues reach reports or AI models.
  • Own the integration roadmap with upstream data sources and downstream consumers to support onboarding new clients, datasets, and systems efficiently.
  • Partner with Compliance and Governance teams to ensure HIPAA and enterprise data handling requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, Analytics, Client Success, and Implementation teams to shape the future of data integration at Transcarent.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience.
  • At least 3 years owning data platform, data integration, or data infrastructure products.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise data concepts, including ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT, schema management, data quality, and lineage.
  • Experience working with healthcare data, including eligibility, claims, and pharmacy.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and technical levels.
  • Strong cross-functional instincts and ability to align Data Engineering, Client Success, Analytics, and Compliance around a shared roadmap.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward shipping while balancing competing priorities with limited resources.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and modern data lakehouse architectures (nice to have).
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks and responsible AI deployment in enterprise settings (nice to have).
  • Background building internal or developer-facing tools (nice to have).
