Description

  • Own and lead an agile product team, including backlog grooming, triage, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Define the scope of new product features and ongoing improvements across web, mobile, and desktop applications.
  • Write and prioritize user stories and define clear acceptance criteria.
  • Use data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction and solve complex product challenges.
  • Track progress, assess risks, and communicate delivery status, contingency plans, and mitigations.
  • Run ad hoc research and business analyses to evaluate opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with Designers, Engineers, Operations, and senior stakeholders on roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and OKR setting.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of mobile and desktop apps, including feature parity and alignment with the web roadmap.
  • Monitor initiative success against company goals and continuously improve team processes.
  • Scale product delivery and team capabilities to support the company’s growing business and user needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of proven software product management experience.
  • Experience leading products end-to-end from early discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with exposure to HR tech, data-heavy, or compliance-heavy products.
  • Knowledge of AI product development processes.
  • Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus.
  • Comfortable using SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data and conduct research with internal and external users.
  • Strong ability to use data, tools, and methodologies to gather and synthesize information for decision-making.
  • Ability to build wireframes and mockups while keeping solutions simple.
  • Experience working with agile development methodologies and globally distributed teams.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly growing, global company and handle a wide variety of challenges and deadlines.
  • Must be able to work in English; resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
