Description

  • Partner with the COO to drive priorities and own projects across finance, legal, and customer operations.
  • Identify inefficiencies and automate manual work using AI and tools such as Linear and Pylon.
  • Design, document, and implement improved processes, then train teams on new workflows.
  • Run the leadership operating rhythm by tracking commitments, gathering updates, and following through on deliverables.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and KPI reporting for leadership.
  • Support finance operations, including collections follow-up.
  • Conduct competitive and industry research and present recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and unowned work, and address them proactively.

Requirements

  • Background in management consulting, professional services advisory, a corporate management associate program, or strategy/operations at a high-growth company.
  • Strong analytical skills, including spreadsheet-based analysis and interpretation of findings.
  • Clear, polished written English for executive-ready presentations and one-page summaries.
  • Availability to work full U.S. business hours, aligned with Eastern Time.
  • Proactive ownership, follow-through, and communication without requiring reminders.
  • Ability to learn new tools, documentation, and industries quickly while maintaining high execution standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
  • Experience working remotely with U.S. teams or clients (preferred).
  • Exposure to U.S. healthcare or pharmacy (preferred).
  • Experience automating workflows with AI (preferred).
