Description

  • Automate workflows across domains such as Operations and Finance using AI agents.
  • Collaborate with business teams to create deterministic process maps, identify guardrails, and define subprocesses.
  • Work directly with client stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs.
  • Present analytical solutions to business audiences and explain how they create business value.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions grounded in a deep understanding of business problems to ensure efficient, predictable, and sustainable delivery.
  • Manage analytics projects and coordinate with client stakeholders and Tiger Analytics teams across global locations.
  • Participate in discussions to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and turn findings into actionable business insights.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and business teams.
  • Develop plans to help operationalize analytic solutions.
  • Work with IT and Data Engineering teams to embed analytic outputs into business processes.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of professional work experience, including at least 5 years in data analytics.
  • Strong BPMN modeling skills and Camunda experience.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills.
  • Experience with agentic projects is a plus.
  • Operations and Finance domain experience is a plus.
  • Ability to engage executive- and VP-level stakeholders and translate business problems into analytics solution approaches.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong project management and team management skills.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R, Python, and visualization tools such as Qlik or Tableau.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.
  • Ability to work with IT and Data Engineering teams.
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
