Description

  • Automate workflows across operations and finance using AI agents.
  • Collaborate with business teams to create deterministic process maps, identify guardrails, and define subprocesses.
  • Translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs for client stakeholders.
  • Present analytical solutions to business audiences and explain how they generate business value.
  • Apply data science techniques to solve business problems.
  • Develop end-to-end analytics solutions that are efficient, predictable, and sustainable.
  • Manage analytics projects in collaboration with client stakeholders and globally distributed Tiger teams.
  • Select and apply relevant analytical techniques to generate actionable business insights.
  • Present results to senior management and communicate recommendations to business teams.
  • Develop plans to operationalize analytic solutions with business and technical teams.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of professional work experience, including at least 5 years in data analytics.
  • Strong BPMN modeling skills and Camunda experience are required.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills are required.
  • Experience with agentic projects is a plus.
  • Operations and finance domain experience is a plus.
  • Ability to engage executive and VP-level stakeholders and translate business problems into solution approaches.
  • Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Strong project management and team management skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with R, Python, and visualization tools such as Qlik or Tableau.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS and Hive is a plus.
  • Ability to work with IT and data engineering teams to embed analytic outputs into business processes.
  • Graduate degree in Business Analytics, MBA, or equivalent work experience.
