Description

  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture for AI agents on Azure, covering models, tools, data, security, and observability.
  • Guide solution design and remain hands-on to review code and build prototypes.
  • Design scalable AI agent platforms on Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Agent Service in partnership with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Define reference architectures and best practices for Azure AI Foundry, Semantic Kernel, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Lead design of complex agentic AI use cases such as proposal automation, onboarding, internal support, and workflow automation.
  • Mentor and review the work of AI/ML engineers to ensure high-quality, secure, and governed implementations.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, security, and data teams to ensure compliance, networking, and identity alignment.
  • Evaluate new Azure AI capabilities and frameworks and drive their adoption within client ecosystems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in software/AI engineering with at least 3–5 years in solution or technical architecture roles.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry / Azure AI Agent Service and LLM-based systems.
  • Strong background designing distributed, secure, and observable cloud architectures on Azure.
  • Experience defining and implementing agentic AI patterns, including tool orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, planning, and governance.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Hands-on ability to prototype and review code alongside engineering teams.
  • Experience mentoring AI/ML engineers and enforcing security and governance practices.
