Description

  • Own social media strategy across X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LINE, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, product priorities, and market events.
  • Create platform-specific content covering trading education, market commentary, products, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
  • Brief and coordinate designers, video editors, copywriters, influencers, and external production partners.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice while adapting content to each platform and audience.
  • Manage publishing, community engagement, social listening, and responses to relevant market developments.
  • Build relationships with traders, creators, KOLs, and industry communities.
  • Collaborate with paid media teams to identify organic content for amplification.
  • Ensure content meets financial-promotion, legal, and compliance requirements.
  • Track performance, monitor competitors and emerging formats, and improve content and distribution based on insights.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of social media or content marketing experience, including senior or lead-level experience.
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese social media behavior and platform culture.
  • Experience developing content strategies and managing multi-format production.
  • Strong knowledge of X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LINE.
  • Understanding of trading, financial markets, fintech, or online brokerage.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and make evidence-based content decisions.
  • Strong copywriting, editorial judgment, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Experience working in regulated industries is highly desirable.
