Description

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct client assessments and monitor progress over time.
  • Supervise and support RBTs in delivering care.
  • Partner with families to support consistent and effective treatment.
  • Complete documentation and maintain clinical quality standards.
  • Collaborate remotely on planning and coordination of services.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in the ABA field.
  • Travel as needed to support client care in homes or centers.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Active Arizona LBA license is required.
  • Experience providing ABA services via telehealth.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Client-focused, outcomes-driven mindset.
  • Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Willingness to work a remote role with some travel required.
  • Experience working in home-based or center-based ABA settings is preferred.
