Description

  • Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor client progress.
  • Supervise and support RBTs.
  • Partner with families to support consistent and effective care.
  • Complete documentation and maintain clinical quality.
  • Collaborate remotely on planning and coordination with the care team.
  • Travel as needed to support clients in homes or center-based settings.
  • Stay current with best practices and developments in ABA.

Requirements

  • Active BCBA certification is required.
  • Active Arizona LBA license is required.
  • Experience providing ABA services via telehealth.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage both clinical and administrative responsibilities effectively.
  • Client-focused, outcomes-driven mindset.
  • Some travel is required for the role.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid clinical setting is preferred.
