Description

  • Review, qualify, and document CRA-related activities across volunteer services, donations, FHLB programs, and financial literacy initiatives.
  • Prepare timely, compliant deliverables and generate reports for management and the CRA Committee.
  • Work with stakeholders and lines of business to identify CRA-related opportunities in services, donations, and ancillary programs.
  • Conduct data integrity reviews of community development activities and validate records using Kadince, internal reporting systems, and FHLB program data.
  • Facilitate monthly CRA Liaison meetings, including documenting activities, minutes, training, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Support implementation of new or modified CRA regulations and identify impacted business units.
  • Collaborate with the Mortgage Group and CRA Officer to maintain and submit FHLB program documentation.
  • Develop and deliver small group training on CRA-qualified donations, services, and related programs.
  • Prepare a gap analysis for services and donations in relation to community needs.
  • Oversee accurate and timely preparation of the Bank’s CRA Public File.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to a four-year college degree in a related field such as accounting, marketing, business administration, or finance.
  • 4 years of related experience and/or training.
  • 12 to 18 months of related management experience.
  • Broad knowledge of accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, or similar fields.
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts including probability, statistical inference, algebra, geometry, and trigonometry.
  • Intermediate proficiency with PowerPoint, spreadsheets, and word processing/typing.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements related to the Community Reinvestment Act is implied for the role.
  • Experience with data validation, reporting, or banking compliance tools such as Kadince is preferred.
  • BSA/AML training and other compliance training must be completed as assigned.
