Description

  • Maintain the physical condition of the property in accordance with standard operating procedures, OSHA, and industry standards.
  • Remove trash and debris from common areas on an ongoing basis.
  • Sweep curbs, parking areas, walkways, and stairways on schedule.
  • Maintain and repair loose stairwell treads and exterior lighting, including bulb replacement and inventory reporting.
  • Mow lawn areas, rake leaves, apply weed and feed, and water or reseed areas as needed.
  • Install seasonal plantings, replacement shrubs and trees, decorative rock, and water features.
  • Trim and prune trees and shrubs, and maintain irrigation systems and fountains.
  • Clean and maintain the pool and spa in accordance with manufacturer specifications and code requirements.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on pool equipment as directed.
  • Support snow removal, pressure washing, drainage upkeep, and other general maintenance or cleaning tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1 year of lawn and grounds maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read instructions and document labor and materials efficiently.
  • Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred.
  • Record of punctuality and dependability.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure and maintain schedule flexibility for after-hours and weekend emergencies.
  • Sensitivity and understanding of a diverse resident and employee population, with adherence to non-harassment and inclusion policies.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding work and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
