Description

  • Teach English primarily to children, with some adult learners, through online lessons.
  • Deliver lessons to students across Asia from a remote home-based setup.
  • Work during peak hours from Monday to Sunday, 12 PM to 4 PM SAST.
  • Complete the recruitment process and begin teaching immediately upon selection.
  • Use the company’s training and onboarding resources to prepare for instruction.
  • Support students’ learning and help shape their educational progress.
  • Participate in professional development through free courses offered by the company.
  • Engage with the company’s wellness and community programs.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Completed accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification is required, or willingness to enroll in the company’s in-house program.
  • At least 2 years of online English teaching experience is required.
  • Must be tech-savvy and able to work from a quiet, professional teaching environment.
  • Must have a PC with Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM or higher.
  • Must have a fibre internet connection with 20 Mbps upload/download and use a LAN cable.
  • Must have backup power with a UPS providing 4–5 hours of battery life.
  • Must have a noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
  • Minimum availability of 40 hours per month is required.
