Description

  • Teach online ESL lessons to adult students across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and South America.
  • Deliver lessons using all provided teaching materials.
  • Focus on teaching while the company handles student acquisition and administrative support.
  • Work within a guaranteed weekly schedule of up to 30 hours.
  • Participate in the company’s online teaching development through Inspire Academy courses.
  • Maintain a professional remote teaching environment for live online classes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
  • At least 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience.
  • Native English speaker from the USA, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
  • Currently based in Central/South America or South-East Asia.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Computer with Intel Core i5 CPU @2.1 GHz+ (4 performance cores, 8 CPUs) and 8GB+ RAM.
  • Internet connection with 20+ Mbps upload/download and a LAN cable connection.
  • Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
  • Backup power supply with 4–5 hour capacity if in an area with power interruptions.
  • Quiet, well-lit teaching space.
