Description

  • Deliver engaging group English lessons to young learners via Zoom and WebEx.
  • Follow a structured curriculum for online ESL instruction.
  • Make lessons fun, memorable, and effective for students.
  • Teach during the scheduled weekday and weekend time slots in Beijing Time.
  • Work independently while managing a flexible contracting schedule.
  • Use structured onboarding and ongoing support to deliver lessons confidently.

Requirements

  • English first-language speaker, preferably from the USA.
  • Valid 120-hour TESOL, TEFL certification or equivalent is required with no exceptions.
  • Minimum 2 years of online English teaching experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience teaching groups of students.
  • Energetic and fun teaching style with genuine enjoyment of working with children.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and at least 8GB RAM.
  • High-speed internet with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download, preferably fibre/cabled and connected via LAN cable.
  • Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
  • Quiet, private, well-lit dedicated teaching space.
  • UPS backup power sufficient for uninterrupted sessions if needed.
