Description

Deliver engaging group English lessons to young learners via Zoom and WebEx.
Follow a structured curriculum for online ESL instruction.
Make lessons fun, memorable, and effective for students.
Teach during the scheduled weekday and weekend time slots in Beijing Time.
Work independently while managing a flexible contracting schedule.
Use structured onboarding and ongoing support to deliver lessons confidently.

Requirements

English first-language speaker, preferably from the USA.
Valid 120-hour TESOL, TEFL certification or equivalent is required with no exceptions.
Minimum 2 years of online English teaching experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience teaching groups of students.
Energetic and fun teaching style with genuine enjoyment of working with children.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Computer with Intel® Core™ i5 or higher and at least 8GB RAM.
High-speed internet with minimum 20 Mbps upload and download, preferably fibre/cabled and connected via LAN cable.
Noise-cancelling headset and HD webcam.
Quiet, private, well-lit dedicated teaching space.
UPS backup power sufficient for uninterrupted sessions if needed.
