Description

  • Teach young learners in Asia through online English lessons from a home studio.
  • Create energetic, engaging lessons that keep children actively involved.
  • Use physical teaching methods such as TPR during instruction.
  • Build and maintain a professional on-camera teaching presence.
  • Work consistent afternoon shifts between 12PM and 4PM SAST, Monday through Sunday.
  • Participate in immediate-start training and ongoing professional development through Inspire Academy.

Requirements

  • Completed tertiary qualification.
  • Completed, accredited 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, TEYL, or CELTA certification.
  • 2 years of online English teaching experience.
  • Clear, neutral English accent.
  • Computer literate.
  • No criminal record.
  • Ability to commit to consistent afternoon scheduling.
  • PC with Intel Core i5 or better, 2 cores/4 CPUs, and 8GB+ RAM.
  • Internet connection of 20+ Mbps fiber via LAN cable.
  • HD webcam and noise-canceling headset.
  • UPS backup power for load shedding.
  • Well-lit, professional teaching space suitable for young learners.
