Description

Teach English online to young learners and teenagers from home.
Work part-time for a minimum of 10 hours per week within the stated service hours.
Cover peak teaching hours on Monday to Thursday from 16:00–20:00 ET, with at least 6 hours during that period.
Work at least 2 hours on Saturdays between 06:00–20:00 ET.
Follow one of the available shift patterns: Monday and Wednesday, Tuesday and Thursday, or both pairs with the same working hours for each pair.
Participate in interviews and complete the recruitment process in December 2025 for a January 2026 start.
Use the company’s online training and development resources to improve teaching practice.
Deliver lessons in an online teaching environment from a quiet, well-lit home workspace.

Requirements

Fluent English at C1/C2 level and Portuguese speaker.
3+ years of online or in-class English teaching experience.
Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification.
Bachelor's degree in English, Translation, English Literature, or another related field, completed or in progress.
Familiarity with CEFR and ESL assessments.
Highly computer literate with excellent communication skills.
Clean criminal record.
PC with Intel Core i5 CPU @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or better and 8GB RAM or greater.
Stable fiber internet connection with 20 Mbps upload/download via LAN cable.
UPS backup power with 4–5 hours of battery life recommended for areas with frequent power interruptions.
Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), and a quiet, well-lit teaching space.
