Description

  • Define strategy for horizontal systems and experiences spanning multiple product areas.
  • Plan and prioritize a 12–24 month roadmap across seasons and multi-year initiatives.
  • Articulate the rationale behind product strategy to align stakeholders around shared goals.
  • Prioritize platform-level solutions based on multi-team return on investment and downstream impact.
  • Accountable for multiple teams’ north star metrics and KPIs.
  • Build and lead cross-functional teams that ship with quality and velocity.
  • Unblock multiple teams simultaneously and deliver durable solutions that reduce rework and operational overhead.
  • Operate with minimal oversight while owning outcomes end-to-end from conception through sustained impact.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and technology leadership without direct authority to drive consensus on complex initiatives.
  • Mentor product managers on strategy, tradeoffs, and long-term thinking.
  • Create reusable frameworks, tools, or processes adopted across teams.
  • Own complex Product or Tech Org process or culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of highly relevant product management experience.
  • Clear domain expertise in the relevant area of focus and the ability to contribute immediate impact.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into product strategy and roadmap.
  • A bias to action and the ability to rally teams to deliver results.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience using A/B testing to rigorously measure and deliver impact.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment.
  • Empathy for users that translates into intuitive, delightful experiences.
  • Eagerness to try new things, learn, and a willingness to fail.
  • Must be currently residing in the United States or Canada for this 100% remote role.

  • Annual base salary range of $185,000 to $205,000 USD.
