Description

  • Manage all aspects of medical communications projects from inception to completion.
  • Facilitate multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate across internal departments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
  • Meet client and management expectations while keeping programs on target and within agreed parameters.
  • Develop, manage, and reconcile project budgets.
  • Manage external suppliers and monitor their performance.
  • Schedule and lead start-up, interim, and final team meetings and provide ongoing status updates.
  • Oversee project activities including faculty recruitment, content development, logistics, registration, materials production, and file management.
  • Contribute to new business development activities within the account team.
  • Train new account team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment required.
  • Strong financial management skills.
  • Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
  • Strong technical aptitude.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness and ability to motivate others.
  • Remote work available in all locations except Colorado, New York City, and San Francisco County, CA.
