Description

  • Document findings from primary and secondary research.
  • Analyze qualitative data from interviews, site visits, literature reviews, and other sources.
  • Conduct interviews with executives from health systems and industry organizations.
  • Produce written and graphical analyses for interim and final deliverables.
  • Create qualitative surveys using online survey tools for data collection.
  • Enter, check, and harmonize data for research studies.
  • Collect, input, and analyze health services and health policy data independently.
  • Develop insights and help shape research deliverables, reports, briefs, and presentations.
  • Generate graphs and figures for analytic reports and research briefs.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional collaboration with content marketing, account management, and other research teams.
  • Provide input to senior leadership on ways to improve value delivery to member organizations.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to internal team and company processes and operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a research setting, or a graduate degree in healthcare administration, health policy, business, or a related field.
  • Strong writing skills with experience writing reports.
  • Strong analytical skills, including critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and sound judgment.
  • Experience conducting qualitative primary and secondary research.
  • Ability to complete tasks on tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • General interest in healthcare.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and change in a fast-growing company.
