Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact for scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and relationship management.
  • Plan and execute multidisciplinary capital projects within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead project teams, subcontractors, and vendors, including staffing planning and performance feedback.
  • Manage project scope and document and execute approved changes.
  • Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluations and contract awards.
  • Partner with construction management to support installation, technical check-out, and start-up activities.
  • Coordinate OEMs and contractors as needed during project execution.
  • Develop and enforce project-specific safety plans and applicable company and client safety standards.
  • Identify execution efficiencies and support business development through strong project delivery.
  • Travel approximately 25–35% as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Experience managing capital projects and leading multidisciplinary teams.
  • 10+ years of food or beverage industry experience (preferred).
  • 7+ years of project management experience (preferred).
  • Project Management Professional certification or ability to obtain it (preferred).
  • Professional Engineer license (preferred).
  • Experience working in a consulting environment (preferred).
  • Ability to complete required post-offer drug testing within two business days of accepting an offer.
