Description

  • Develop proposals, conceptual estimates, schedules, and presentation materials in response to RFPs.
  • Coordinate design reviews, assess constructability, monitor progress, and manage scope and cost changes.
  • Develop project estimates, cost codes, and cost-control systems.
  • Prepare bid scopes, solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids, qualify subcontractors, and support contract awards and major purchases.
  • Establish project organization, staffing plans, and schedules with superintendents and subcontractors.
  • Direct project execution, lead site meetings, maintain schedules, and ensure permit and inspection compliance.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and clients while managing safe onsite construction activities.
  • Manage invoicing, collections, change orders, and subcontractor and vendor payments.
  • Monitor safety, quality, progress, and subcontractor performance; implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor construction personnel, lead close-out and warranty activities, and support client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of combined construction, design, and project management experience.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects valued at $5 million to $50 million or more.
  • Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Experience with estimating, construction methods, and project management technology.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%; remote applicants are considered if they can meet travel requirements.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Construction Management preferred.
  • AACE estimating certification preferred.
