Description

  • Manage client projects end-to-end, including planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines.
  • Perform a variety of virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, emailing, lead conversion management, research, and data entry.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and adapt to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines using clients’ business values and processes as a guide.
  • Create suggested plans and next steps for open-ended problems and initiatives.
  • Coordinate multiple priorities and processes across projects to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Maintain quick turnaround times for projects, typically 1–2 days, and work a flexible weekday-based schedule.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align work with client goals and business processes.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience using Jane App.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor communication to different client styles and priorities.
  • Self-starter attitude and comfort creating a suggested plan from open-ended problems.
  • Experience with project and process management, including managing deadlines and multiple priorities.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to reprioritize work when client or project focus should change.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with scheduling, emailing, lead conversion management, research projects, and data entry.
  • Available to work remotely within the US and comfortable starting at ~20 hours/week with potential to grow to ~40 hours/week and meet 1–2 day turnaround expectations.
