Description

  • Manage all aspects of the transaction process from contract execution through closing.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements throughout transactions.
  • Coordinate appointments, inspections, and closing dates with clients, agents, and third‑party vendors.
  • Maintain accurate, organized transaction files and documentation for each deal.
  • Track and manage key dates and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Communicate professionally and proactively with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors.
  • Oversee the flow of paperwork and transaction-related administrative tasks to streamline processes.
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and presenting properties to potential buyers when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contracts, and closing processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with real estate transaction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proactive, problem‑solving attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Comfort working collaboratively with agents, clients, and third‑party vendors in a fast‑paced environment.
