Description

  • Track and coordinate the scheduling and progress of approximately 12 concurrent projects within the transformation portfolio.
  • Continuously follow up with project teams to ensure work is progressing according to plan, including tracking action items and identifying blockers.
  • Maintain up-to-date visibility on project status, risks, dependencies, and key milestones.
  • Consolidate and communicate project information clearly to stakeholders through regular reporting and dashboards.
  • Gather, centralize, and structure updates from different teams to ensure project data is accurate, accessible, and version-controlled (using SharePoint and other PM platforms).
  • Work closely with key stakeholders (Chris and Melissa) to report progress, escalate blockers, and align on required changes.
  • Recommend process or coordination improvements to increase execution effectiveness while recognizing final decisions are made by leadership.

Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and functional areas in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong execution focus with persistent follow-up to keep projects moving forward.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-team communication and alignment.
  • Highly organized with strong tracking, documentation, and information-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a structured approach to maintaining project data and status.
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication to report status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
  • Experience using SharePoint and other project management platforms (or willingness to adopt them).
