Description

Walk from the airport security exit to the Uber pickup location using in-app map navigation.
Record the screen during the on-site testing task.
Take screenshots and photos of the airport during the test.
Submit the recordings after completing the walk-through.
Complete a survey after the testing session.
Evaluate how well the app guides users from public areas to ride-share pickup points.
Participate in a one-day airport visit on short notice if selected.

Requirements

Must be based in the USA and live within a 2-hour drive of one of the listed target airports.
Must be able to visit one of the target airports in person; no flight is required.
Must have an iOS or Android mobile device.
Must be available as soon as possible and within the upcoming 2 weeks.
Must be able to commit 8-10 hours for the one-day task.
Must be able to cover one of the following airports: PSP, HPN, MCI, STL, JAX, CHS, OMA, PVD, LGB, BDL, or MKE.
Must be able to provide the closest airport, distance, and travel time when applying.
Transportation costs will be compensated, including mileage, parking, or ride share.
Hourly rate is $18.
