Description

  • Own paid media strategy and execution across a portfolio of B2B client accounts.
  • Build, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and results.
  • Develop audience strategies, creative approaches, and landing page hypotheses to drive growth.
  • Manage budgets and pacing to align spend with performance and client expectations.
  • Build clear reports and presentations that communicate results, insights, and next steps to clients.
  • Partner with internal strategy, analytics, and creative teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Ensure proper tracking and attribution, including UTM structure, conversion tracking, and platform setup.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and new opportunities, and bring proactive recommendations.
  • Experiment with AI tools and workflows to streamline reporting, QA checks, and performance analysis.
  • Help develop and refine internal systems, templates, and lightweight automation to improve team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Deep experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Agency experience working with B2B clients and understanding of longer sales cycles and lead quality.
  • Confidence owning paid media strategy end-to-end across multiple client accounts.
  • Strong skills in audience targeting, bid strategy, budget allocation, and A/B testing.
  • Highly analytical approach with experience using CTR, CVR, and CPA to guide decisions.
  • Ability to manage several clients at once and navigate shifting priorities with strong organization.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate performance into client-friendly insights and recommendations.
  • Experience building reporting decks, ideally in Figma.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively seek solutions.
  • Curiosity about AI and automation, with interest in applying new tools to improve efficiency and performance.
  • Experience with Demandbase, Reddit, Taboola, or other emerging platforms is a plus.
