Description

  • Own modeling strategy, coordination workflows, and delivery quality across assigned projects.
  • Produce accurate Revit models, drawings, calculations, specifications, and documentation with minimal oversight.
  • Lead BIM coordination efforts by running clash reviews, documenting issues, and driving resolution across disciplines.
  • Maintain model health by managing links, worksets, families, warnings, view templates, and model organization.
  • Support engineers and project leads with advanced design development, product evaluations, research, and early engineering tasks.
  • Estimate effort, sequence deliverables, and help prioritize work across multiple projects and workstreams.
  • Lead or participate in coordination, discipline, project, and engineering meetings and produce clear action-oriented notes.
  • Document decisions, assumptions, and workflow updates in project tools and GitHub, including pull requests that improve standards and templates.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to Designer I and II team members on modeling, documentation, and coordination workflows.
  • Identify risks early, communicate issues proactively, and propose practical solutions that improve delivery clarity and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and coordinated modeling.
  • Experience with construction documentation across multiple projects.
  • Education in BS Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent technical/field experience.
  • Preferred experience with technology system designs such as Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, or Wi-Fi.
  • Preferred experience supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development.
  • Preferred experience leading BIM coordination, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution.
  • Ability to maintain senior-level model health, including workset management, view template application, warning resolution, and model cleanup.
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
  • Industry certifications preferred but not required, including EIT, CDT, CTS, RCDD, PSP/CPP, or PE.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
