Description

  • Lead small- to mid-scale, multi-discipline projects from programming through closeout.
  • Deliver coordinated discipline designs, including layouts, calculations, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Partner with Project Leads and Group Leads to confirm scope, sequencing, coordination strategy, and client requirements.
  • Review and coordinate work across disciplines, identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and maintaining alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Lead technical design reviews and contribute to QA/QC through disciplined documentation and engineering judgment.
  • Mentor Designers, Associates, and engineers through guidance, markups, feedback, and coaching.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, including decisions, assumptions, client-specific nuances, and progress updates in GitHub, Asana, and shared platforms.
  • Contribute to standards, workflows, tools, and knowledge sharing through Pull Requests, lessons learned, and training support.
  • Support pursuits by providing scope input, fee assumptions, technical narratives, and interview support.
  • Cultivate client relationships through clear communication, follow-through, problem-solving, and participation in meetings, networking, and site visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with Electrical preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in AEC or related professional services.
  • Experience in ICT, Security, Physical Security, or Electronic Security disciplines.
  • Experience leading portions of mid- to large-size projects and supporting cross-discipline coordination (preferred).
  • Proven ability to deliver accurate, well-coordinated designs and sound discipline decisions.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery workflows, client expectations, documentation standards, and cross-discipline coordination.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to documentation updates, standards refinement, or QA/QC workflows through GitHub Pull Requests or similar tools.
  • Proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD and Revit, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and GitHub.
  • Industry certifications such as PSP/CPP, CDT, EIT, PE, or PMP are preferred.
  • Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
