Description

  • Perform manual QA testing for an e-commerce platform.
  • Work with cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, sales, and implementation.
  • Operate independently while also collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
  • Communicate with both technical and business audiences about quality issues and priorities.
  • Contribute to problem solving and issue resolution in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Support project coordination and task execution within QA efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a technical field.
  • 3 to 5 years of manual QA experience.
  • Experience testing e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working within and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to succeed in high levels of ambiguity.
  • Ability to speak with both technical and business stakeholders and users.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms in both B2C and B2B contexts (preferred).
