Description

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the product portfolio.
  • Lead execution of the roadmap and release objectives.
  • Manage product lifecycle activities including discovery, planning, and launch.
  • Work with customers to understand needs, promote the product, and drive adoption.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to prioritize and communicate roadmap themes and requirements.
  • Partner with engineering leaders to guide high-performance teams and support successful product delivery.
  • Work with product marketing to define and implement go-to-market strategy.
  • Schedule and lead portfolio meetings to identify and prioritize product issues.
  • Manage product roadmaps and complete daily tasks to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related product management experience at a technology company.
  • Experience interpreting customer business needs and translating them into application requirements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong understanding of technical designs, architecture, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills at both strategic and tactical levels.
  • Ability to build relationships and work across functions at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agile and Scrum process experience.
  • Must be able to demonstrate physical ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 15 pounds at times.
