Description

  • Develop, implement, and execute test plans, methods, and equipment to verify product reliability and compliance with specifications.
  • Plan and coordinate testing schedules, labor, and resources for standard and specialized devices.
  • Perform functional, regression, and deployment testing and troubleshoot issues to recommend resolutions.
  • Consult with development and requirements teams to ensure applications and systems are tested effectively.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and evaluate products to identify performance issues and areas for improvement.
  • Establish test parameters, define tests to be performed, and align procedures with industry standards.
  • Compile test data, document results, and recommend changes to testing procedures or manufacturing processes.
  • Track and report test metrics and monitor testing processes for optimization opportunities.
  • Provide technical support for program initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and process efficiency.
  • Support continuous improvement, contract deliverables, and other assigned duties within the program.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in systems testing, verification and validation, or test engineering.
  • Experience designing and executing test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose system issues.
  • Knowledge of test automation tools and methodologies to improve efficiency.
  • Experience working collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services and environments.
  • DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification is required.
  • At least one cloud certification is required.
  • Experience with software testing frameworks and automated testing tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD practices, is preferred.
  • Understanding of quality assurance principles and best practices in system testing is preferred.
  • Strong technical documentation skills are preferred.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and rapidly changing testing environments is preferred.
