Description

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define product direction, visuals, and user experience.
Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers.
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas.
Develop high-fidelity prototypes and design assets for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to refine and improve designs.
Ensure UI consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across digital products.
Stay current on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional team members throughout the design process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
