Description

  • Create and develop brand identities and comprehensive brand guideline documents.
  • Design packaging concepts that reflect each brand’s essence and positioning.
  • Develop engaging digital and social media visuals that drive audience interaction and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to deliver unified creative campaigns.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across all materials and channels.
  • Research current design trends and introduce fresh, innovative ideas to the team.
  • Work closely with internal teams to align creative output with Magnetic’s direction and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proven experience in branding, packaging design, and social media visuals.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and commercial projects.
  • Highly creative with an eye for detail and innovation.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
