Description

  • Own day-to-day execution and optimisation of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Pinterest and other paid platforms.
  • Manage daily pacing and delivery, monitoring spend, revenue, ROAS, CTR, CPC and CPM and making proactive optimisations.
  • Pause under-performing ads, keywords or audiences and reallocate budget to high-performing elements.
  • Resolve ad disapprovals and ensure all campaigns comply with platform requirements and trading priorities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports, evaluate ROAS, CAC and revenue contribution, and share clear insights and next steps.
  • Manage and troubleshoot product feeds (GMC, Meta Catalogue, Pinterest Catalogue), resolve feed errors and ensure product data accuracy for ads.
  • Design, run and interpret A/B tests across audiences, formats, copy, landing pages and creative concepts and implement optimisation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Buying & Merchandising and Content teams to brief and refresh creative, align paid activity with launches and prevent creative fatigue.
  • Support campaign planning including budget phasing, channel mix recommendations, launching new campaign structures and reviewing bidding strategies and automation settings.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years hands-on experience managing paid social and/or PPC for a high-growth brand or agency.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads, and GA4.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and comfortable working with large amounts of data at speed.
  • Experience designing, running and interpreting structured tests (A/B tests) to inform decisions.
  • Intermediate Excel/Sheets skills (pivot tables, SUMIFS, INDEX/MATCH).
  • Strong communicator able to present complex insights in a simple, compelling way.
  • Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to attend in-person workshops in London 1–2 times per month.
  • Data literacy with ability to draw out insights and trends from various data sources that drive business value.
