Description

  • Support platform users before, during, and after their events.
  • Provide online and/or onsite support throughout event durations.
  • Run regular webinars for event organizers and exhibitors.
  • Help the event team create content for attendees, exhibitors, and organizers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event experiences.
  • Work with autonomy while coordinating effectively with teammates.
  • Respond to client needs in a service-oriented and empathetic manner.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and event schedules.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer service, support, or project management.
  • Experience in or interest in tech and events.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and work autonomously.
  • Service-oriented mindset with empathy toward clients.
  • Startup mindset with willingness to learn, adapt, and initiate quickly.
  • Passionate, proactive, and involved approach to work.
  • Ability to stay optimistic and calm under pressure.
  • Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
  • Preferred: experience supporting live or hybrid events.
