Description

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, resolving customer issues and inquiries promptly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and product changes to provide accurate guidance and meet KPIs.
  • Apply customer-happiness practices and continuous improvement approaches to support interactions.
  • Handle sensitive customer data securely and in compliance with client requirements.
  • Keep up to date with evolving tools and technologies used by the client and support team.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and cross-functional specialists to escalate and resolve complex issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian and English, minimum C1 level in both languages.
  • 6–12 months of experience in customer support or related roles.
  • Availability to work the fixed part-time schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 12:00–20:00 CET.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work remotely in a multicultural, multilingual environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
