Description

  • Negotiate, draft, review, and manage commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, service agreements, assignment agreements, and related contracts.
  • Support contractual matters involving Ukrainian and international counterparties.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and assess legal risks related to suppliers, contractors, and business partnerships.
  • Review and manage supplier agreements to ensure compliance with company standards and business objectives.
  • Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders in HR, IT, Marketing, Finance, and Operations on contractual, commercial, and compliance matters.
  • Maintain and update internal legal templates, policies, and contractual processes.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory changes relevant to the business and recommend updates to internal policies and contractual frameworks.
  • Collaborate with external legal advisors on specialized or cross-border matters.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in law.
  • Fluency in English and Ukrainian, including legal drafting.
  • 2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial, corporate, or technology law.
  • Foundational knowledge of data protection and privacy laws, such as GDPR and related regulations.
  • Hands-on experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical, legal, and research skills with attention to detail.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
  • Experience with international agreements and counterparties is preferred.
  • Experience working in IT, outsourcing, SaaS, or international business environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with GDPR, data protection, or compliance-related matters is preferred.
