Description

  • Lead discovery sessions with clients and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact AI assistant and agent opportunities.
  • Translate business objectives and pain points into clear use-case definitions with objectives, boundaries, and expected outcomes.
  • Design AI agent logic, including triggers, data inputs, workflow steps, user interactions, and decision rules.
  • Create solution blueprints using flow diagrams, pseudocode, prompt outlines, and integration maps that the build team can execute.
  • Assess technical feasibility with the delivery team and refine designs to fit the client’s AI and systems environment.
  • Define business cases and ROI estimates that quantify the value of proposed AI solutions.
  • Support sales and marketing efforts by crafting compelling use-cases, demos, proposals, and thought leadership content.
  • Review build outputs, clarify intended behavior, and partner with the Program Manager and Practice Lead on scope adjustments.
  • Help define test scenarios and success criteria, and iterate on prompts or logic during UAT or pilot phases.
  • Own the client relationship for solution design and engagement, while not handling project commercials or contract negotiations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a consulting or solution architecture role such as Solutions Architect, Business Analyst, or AI Strategist.
  • Proven track record of designing technology solutions to business problems.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Revenue Operations (RevOps) or Go-to-Market (GTM) processes, including sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Practical, up-to-date knowledge of AI and Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities, including strengths, limitations, integration, and prompting.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex business processes for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving ability and experience framing unconventional but effective AI-based solutions for business challenges.
